In general, land in 'Werkmatt Uri' should be sold so that as much value can be added as possible through business and industrial workplaces. The entire area of 'Werkmatt Uri' was newly divided into plots in 2017 and at the same time the contract for the development was created, along with the founding of the joint ownership group. The common use of areas like the streets and green areas are transferred to possession of the joint ownership group.
